The Raiden jacket is comprised of a Dupont 3-layer nylon shell with 10k/10k waterproof/breathability as well as durable Cordura overlays in the impact zones. The stretch-cord expansion intake ventilation system and exhaust provides on-demand comfort, prevents moisture build-up, and inhibits overheating. Seven pockets add to on trail carrying capability while the full D3O impact protector package does the dirty work. The Icon Tarmac2 Jacket uses 4-Way Stretch Hycor with taped seams to keep precipitation out while letting water vapor escape. Teflon DWR  coating on the shell keeps water beading so there is less chance of penetration. Extra long zipper cuffs let you open up the sleeve 2 ways. One for easy entry and the other for extra venting. Chest and rear zippered vents control airflow to your torso. A complete set of CE-rated D3O armor is included with elbow, shoulder, and back protection. Riding through the rain can be miserable, but the Icon Tarmac2 Jacket makes it less so.
